Mumbai: V. K. Dubey, a distinguished legal expert, BJP leader and social worker with an established presence in Mumbai, New Delhi and Bengaluru, was honoured by ‘Sirf Pratapgarh Parivar’ in recognition of his contributions to the legal, professional, social and public service sectors.

A significant meeting of the Core Committee of ‘Sirf Pratapgarh Parivar’ was organised at the Conference Hall of GCC Club, Mira Road (East), Mumbai, with the objective of promoting unity, social harmony and the overall development of Pratapgarh. Advocate Vinay Kumar Dubey (V. K. Dubey), Chairman of VKDL Group, was specially felicitated during the occasion. His felicitation remained one of the major highlights of the programme.

The meeting witnessed detailed discussions on strengthening unity among the people of Pratapgarh, promoting social harmony, encouraging mutual cooperation and ensuring inclusive development. Particular emphasis was placed on making the people of Pratapgarh self-reliant, creating employment and business opportunities for the youth, promoting education and bringing together every section of society.

Advocate Vinay Kumar Dubey has established a distinguished professional identity through his legal and business activities in India’s major metropolitan cities, including Mumbai, New Delhi and Bengaluru. He possesses specialised experience and expertise in civil and criminal matters, banking, industrial disputes and Non-Performing Assets (NPA).

He has represented clients in significant and high-profile matters, particularly before the Bombay High Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

He serves as Chairman of the VKDL NPA Advisory Council and CMD of NPA BAZAAR PRIVATE LIMITED. Under his leadership, the organisation works towards providing advisory and facilitation solutions for NPAs, stressed and distressed assets, banking disputes, One-Time Settlement (OTS), debt restructuring, funding facilitation, asset reconstruction, and the revival of industrial and commercial enterprises.

He also leads the reputed legal institution V. K. Dubey Associates, whose guiding principle is “Justice for All.”

Important Responsibilities Associated with the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra

Vinay Kumar Dubey has previously served as a member of the Hindi Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

Additionally, he has been appointed as a Special Executive Officer by the Government of Maharashtra.

He is also associated with the Prime Minister’s Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan organisation in the capacity of National Legal Head.

He has also demonstrated a strong commitment to cow protection, helping the needy, promoting education, creating social awareness and supporting the upliftment of underprivileged communities.

He is also actively involved in grassroots social activities as a social worker associated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

In 2024, he received special recognition during the Second International Bar & Bench Badminton Championship held in London.

In 2026, he was honoured with the prestigious Popular Civilian Icon of India Award at a समारोह held at the Hyatt Hotel, Mumbai.
