On 9th of June, 2026 in Mumbai during an Award ceremony organized by showtheeme production &  Human Rights Ambassador Organization at Mayor Hall , Juhu Mumbai for their outstanding contributions , Bakhtawar Krishnan an educationist who after spending over a decade building and leading an eduction institution with a team of  30 professionals, She has helped numerous students achieve their aspirations of studying at some of the finest Universities in India and across the Globe . For this outstanding contribution of her in the field of eduction she has been bestowed with the prestigious recognition during the event Book of world Record – London 2026.

She as a Human Resource leader with over two decades of experiences has been instrumental in shaping people strategies that drive business growth , organiztional excellence, and sustainable transformation . Her expertise spans strategic HR leadership, talent management, organizational develpoment, culture transformation, leadership coaching, workforce planning and HR digitalization.
